The Oakland, CA-headquartered distributor has announced the promotion of Stephanie Hinkle to director of marketing & vendor partnerships and Hannah Granata to director of digital engagement.

Stephanie Hinkle, MadeToOrder (asi/259540)
Hinkle joined MadeToOrder in 2024 as part of the distributor’s merger with RED Promotions, a Counselor 2024 Best Place to Work. During her time at the firm, she has helped the company gain brand recognition, supported sales initiatives and strengthened supplier relationships. She began her promo career in 2017, and has held account management and marketing roles at promo firms like Insight Branding (asi/231955) and Archway Marketing Services.
“Marketing sits at the top of the sales funnel, and this role allows us to be more intentional about how we drive growth, support new business development and scale MadeToOrder into its next chapter,” Hinkle told ASI Media. “I’m incredibly honored that MadeToOrder recognizes what I bring to the table, sees my potential and continues to invest in my growth.”
She added that she’s grateful to have been given a seat at the executive leadership table because it will allow her to lean into her strengths, “take ownership at a higher level and help shape the future of the company in a meaningful way.”
In her new role, Hinkle will define and lead marketing strategy; oversee targeted growth initiatives; and ensure marketing efforts are directly aligned with new business development, revenue generation and company expansion, according to the distributor. She will also continue to strengthen vendor partnerships in her expanded role. Hinkle will continue to work alongside Sandy Gonzalez, MadeToOrder’s CEO and a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of most influential people in the industry, and Brittany Frase, the firm’s chief revenue officer. She’ll also collaborate with Granata in her newly appointed position as director of digital engagement.

Hannah Granata, MadeToOrder
Granata joined MadeToOrder in 2024 after serving as a sales support and production manager at Oklahoma City-based distributor ROBYN Promotions (asi/309656), where she designed customized online store solutions and drove a 206% increase in pop-up shop revenue. She implemented a company-wide customer relationship management platform and helped the firm transition from paper-based systems to digital operations. She also co-owned and operated a full-service marketing agency called Screen Four Solutions for seven years.
