Fully Promoted Team

The Fully Promoted team celebrated its 25-year anniversary at ASI Fort Worth in 2025.

“Our franchisees delivered exceptional work this year, and it’s creating real momentum across our system,” said Andrew Titus, president of Fully Promoted and a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of the most influential people in promo. “Businesses are thinking differently about branded merchandise; it’s not just about swag or giveaways but about selecting the right product for the right audience to influence engagement, retention or loyalty.”

Andrew Titus leads the company alongside his father, Ray Titus, the chairman and CEO of Fully Promoted’s parent company, United Franchise Group (UFG), and also a Counselor Power 50 member. UFG boasts over 1,800 franchises across 80 countries.

Shifting Buyer Trends

Indeed, with younger generations holding more purchasing power, Fully Promoted has witnessed a shift toward premium, longer-lasting products in areas such as onboarding, recognition programs and corporate gifting – and has updated its offerings to capitalize on these growing trends.

“What we saw in 2025 reinforces that our franchise system is positioned for the next phase of expansion,” said Ray Titus. He noted that the demand for more thoughtful branded merchandise is rising, and that Fully Promoted is meeting that demand through a modern and consultative approach.

“The conversation has been shifting from transactions to impact and outcomes, and that’s where our model thrives,” Andrew Titus added. “As this shift accelerates, particularly among younger decision-makers, we see a tremendous runway for continued growth.”

With 2024 North American promotional product revenue of $131.2 million, Fully Promoted ranks 20th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry.
