Genumark Promotes Alexis Lehava to Expanded Leadership Position

Counselor Top 40 distributor Genumark (asi/204588) has promoted Alexis Lehava to the position of senior director of sales & vendor partnerships.

Most recently, Lehava was the senior director of sales at the Toronto-based distributor. Before joining Genumark, Lehava spent over eight years at Rightsleeve, which Genumark acquired in 2019. Genumark retired the Rightsleeve brand in December 2023.

In her new role, Lehava will be responsible for overseeing and reinforcing supplier relationships, in addition to managing her own book of business. “This evolution in her role reflects both her exceptional contributions and our commitment to fostering growth and efficiency in our operations,” according to the company.

Moving forward, Lehava will be suppliers’ main contact at Genumark, act as liaison between Genumark and the Legacy Buying Group, coordinate training sessions to bolster alignment between Genumark’s sales team and suppliers, and develop strategy to drive growth with suppliers.
