Smith most recently served as vice president of marketing and digital media for the Merrell and Chaco brands at Wolverine Worldwide, leading the marketing and growth strategies for a brand portfolio worth more than $870 million.

During her more than 25-year career, Smith has also worked in digital marketing and sales for Dell, Microsoft, Oracle and Worldwide Retail Exchange.
“Jane brings the strategic rigor, digital expertise and brand leadership that align perfectly with Imperial’s growth priorities,” said CEO Jeremy Davis. “Her expertise scaling global brands will be instrumental as we continue to expand our market presence and elevate the Imperial brand.”
Since joining Imperial as CEO last year, Davis has said that the firm plans on continued growth in the promotional products space. The company acquired Ohio-based custom headwear brand Pukka in 2024.
