Custom Logos, a San Diego, CA-based distributor of promotional products and a Counselor 2024 Best Place to Work, has acquired Builder Promotions (asi/149885), a Del Mar, CA-based distributor specializing in serving the homebuilding and homebuying industry.

Builder Promotions will now operate under the name Builder Promotions Powered by Custom Logos. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Custom Logos’ newest acquisition brands itself as a marketing services agency that focuses on cultivating the “unmistakable feeling of belonging,” according to its website. The company’s niche – creating distinctive branded experiences that connect homebuilders with qualified prospects – is set to provide an expansion opportunity for Custom Logos into a new market.

It’s the company’s second acquisition within the last year; in May 2025, Custom Logos acquired Pacific Northwest-based distributor Focus 4 Promotions.

Custom Logos was established in 1989, when founder and CEO Jeff Golumbuk purchased the company along with his best friend. The company has grown from a small screen-printing shop into a full-scale distributor of imprinted sportswear, promotional products, commercial printing and other services.
