HH Agency Names Marty Engel as Chief Revenue Officer To Lead Growth

Now, the Green Bay, WI-based provider of brand solutions believes it has hired the right C-Suiter to help achieve those aims.

HH Agency announced that Marty Engel, a promo products industry veteran of multiple Counselor Top 40 distributorships, has joined as chief revenue officer and partner. Engel will spearhead the company’s strategic direction, revenue expansion and technological innovation efforts.

Engel was a founding member and executive vice president of Cary Francis Group (asi/158924), a distributorship he helped grow to about $30 million in revenue, executives said.

Meanwhile, he had a six-year tenure at Counselor Top 40 distributor Corporate Imaging Concepts (asi/168962), serving as vice president of sales and business development, working with Fortune 500 clients and helping to scale the business into the nine-figure range. Among other roles, he was executive vice president of sales at former Top 40 distributor Touchstone (asi/345631), which was last year acquired by Top 40er Boundless (asi/143717).

Engel is excited about what lies ahead for HH Agency, which offers hard good promo products, branded apparel, event planning, onsite merch management and digital services like website management, targeted paid search campaigns and social media strategy, among other solutions. The firm’s clients have included household names like Molson Coors and Shake Shack.
