The big-name promotions keep coming at Counselor Top 40 distributor Geiger (asi/202900).
The Lewiston, ME-headquartered global branded merchandise company announced in November that David Geiger would be rising to the role of president, marking the fifth generation of family leadership at the company, alongside CEO Jo-an Lantz.
Now, Geiger has announced a trio of promotions of key executives.
On the elevation are Chris McKee, from chief revenue officer to chief revenue officer/executive vice president; Vicky Kinasz, from vice president of Geiger International to president of Geiger International; and Elizabeth Fagan, from vice president of Geiger’s Crestline division to chief strategy officer for all of Geiger, in addition to remaining vice president of Crestline.

As EVP/CRO, McKee will lead Geiger’s revenue generation strategies, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing and client success teams. He’s been with the firm for nearly 30 years.
In her new role, United Kingdom-based Kinasz will oversee Geiger International, a strategic business unit focused on expanding Geiger’s presence in global markets.
“Vicky’s extensive leadership experience and understanding of global operations position her to drive continued growth and innovation in this critical division,” the firm said in a statement.
As chief strategy officer, Fagan will spearhead Geiger’s strategic initiatives. Her charge is to align the company’s long-term vision with plans to drive sustained growth. She will oversee key efforts related to innovation, market expansion and e-commerce. Fagan started as director of marketing with Crestline in 2019 and rose to vice president of the Geiger division in 2021.

Based on reported 2023 North American promotional product revenue of $330.3 million, Geiger ranked ninth on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry.
