Counselor Top 40 supplier Koozie Group (asi/40480) is expanding its offerings to the industry by launching its own contract decoration service, leveraging its in-house decoration capabilities in its Red Wing, MN, facility.

Koozie Group is doing this as part of a new partnership with the Pack Separately, Ship Together program from fellow Counselor Top 40 supplier SanMar (asi/84863). As part of the deal, distributors will have free next-day shipping from SanMar to Koozie Group with no restocking fees, allowing Koozie Group customers to gain access to more than 350 additional bags that can be decorated with one-color screen print, full-color and embroidery.

“We’re always looking for ways to simplify and enhance our customers’ experience,” said Koozie Group CEO Pierre Montaubin, a member of the Counselor Power 50 list of the industry’s most influential people. “Through this partnership with SanMar, distributors gain access to an even wider selection of bags while benefitting from our service advantages, including the Koozie Group Tracker, trusted lead times and consistent quality.”

Montaubin was named CEO in 2023. In recent years, the company fully integrated IMAGEN Brands after acquiring it in 2020, became the exclusive promotional supplier of Tervis tumblers, and continued on its path of environmentalism and sustainability by attaining CarbonNeutral certification and releasing its social impact and sustainability reports every year.

In April of this year, the company was acquired by private equity firm Mill Point Capital, which also owns another Counselor Top 40 firm in Garyline (asi/55990), with plans to combine the two in the future.

Based on 2024 North American promotional products revenue of $301 million, Koozie Group ranked sixth on Counselor’s most recent list of top suppliers in the industry.
