Logomark faced a 4.7% sales drop in 2025. But it was still a big year for the Tustin, CA-based supplier – not in the least because of the majority stake investment from private equity firm Forge52 in early 2026. CEO Trevor Gnesin and President Clive Goldberg retained their leadership roles, and Bob Herzog, former CEO of both Counselor Top 40 distributor CIC (asi/168962) and supplier Bullet Line, was brought in to work alongside them.

Warehouse square footage added
The Counselor 2026 Best Place to Work also relaunched its Valumark line with new products and a refreshed brand identity, set up an additional 100,000 square feet of warehouse space and added several retail partnerships, including drinkware brand topl. In the year ahead, Goldberg says the firm hopes to capitalize on the added support from Forge52 to grow the business, with a particular eye toward future acquisitions.
