After its significant acquisition of former Counselor Top 40 distributor AIA in 2024, the Wayland, MA-based distributor focused in 2025 on integrating and unifying AIA under the iPROMOTEu brand. In addition, the distributor announced nearly 20 promotions within the company, and brought on Dale Denham – the former president/CEO of PPAI with stints at Counselor Top 40 distributor Geiger (asi/202900) and ASI – as chief information officer. “Our high retention and low attrition rates provided stability and continuity, reinforcing the strength of our affiliate model,” says CEO Lori Bauer, a Counselor Power 50 member.

The distributor reported relatively flat growth in 2025, and the plan for 2026 is to lean into growing industry trends and continue to modernize its approach. “This will be fueled,” Bauer says, “by accelerating advancement in e-commerce solutions to help distributors capture more online demand, expanding AI-driven business automation to increase efficiency and productivity, and continued investments in our technology platforms.”
