The Silver Spring, MD-based distributor drops three spots, as Counselor estimates a 4% decrease in promo sales last year. However, CEO Michael Harper says the firm finished 2025 “with great momentum due to several enterprise client wins in addition to solid expansion with key clients.” For 2026, Harper says goals include “building stronger brands to create richer lives and a better world,” and accelerating the company’s growth strategy, continued solution development and new investments in talent to help it realize the opportunities ahead. In May the distributor hired Kate Nash, formerly of Raining Rose (asi/80489), as VP of strategic growth.
