Pierre Montaubin – a Counselor Power 50 member who was promoted to CEO in 2023 – ascribes Koozie Group’s flat sales to a “return to basics” after several years of revenue being juiced by remote workplace gifting. Last year, he adds, “more traditional products such as pens, calendars and notepads took centerstage.” The supplier has continued its focus on sustainability, achieving CarbonNeutral certification.
