Kaeser & Blair, which is celebrating 130 years in business this year, increased its sales, but just barely missed the $100 million mark. Liza Sachs, CRO and Counselor Power 50 member, says the company’s new Preferred Supplier Program helped boost business with top-tier suppliers by 14%. The Batavia, OH-based firm, which appeared on Counselor’s 2024 Best Places to Work list, has plans to evolve the program this year and implement technology upgrades that include completing the migration of the company’s ERP. An additional $5 million in sales volume is expected with the integration of Promotional Concepts Inc. of Red Oak.
