Hotronix offers the new 360 IQ hat heat press, a headwear press with lower platen heat. It can be used to apply any type of emblem, patch or transfer on all sides of a cap without removing it, and can be decorate any size, shape or style of headwear without changing the platen.

Graphics One has launched the Mutoh VJ-628MP 24-inch for wall covering and packaging in the North American market. A specialized version of the VJ-628, it includes advanced hot-air directional heating from above and platen heating from below the substrate.

The company will also sell breast cancer awareness garments at PRINTING United in Dallas from Oct. 23 to 25. 100% of the proceeds from both will benefit the National Breast Cancer Foundation Inc.

Cap America (asi/43792) recently made a $15,000 donation to the Mineral Area College Foundation. The Foundation will use the donation for the Enhancement Grant, which provides a $3 for $1 match from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education for the purchase of $60,000 in training equipment for MAC students in numerous departments.

Ricoma has moved into a newly constructed headquarters in Medley, FL. The 58,000-square-foot building, located 10 minutes from its former home, more than doubles the space for the embroidery machine manufacturer. The new building includes a showroom and two large warehouses with space for testing, preparing and shipping its embroidery machines.
