Charles River Apparel (asi/44620) has launched a new flat rate shipping program for West Coast customers. The flat rate freight program pertains to three-day orders for customers located and shipping to the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and Colorado.

GSG offers Siser BlackBoard heat transfer vinyl, which turns T-shirts into a reusable writing surface. Users can write on the “blackboard” surface with standard chalk and wipe the surface clean with a damp cloth before laundering.

Great Dane Graphics offers new additions to its American Pride stock design collection.

The PAS Store offers Heat N Seal adhesive emblem backing, which permanently seals patches and emblems onto all commonly used fabrics. It comes on silicone release paper and can be applied using a household iron or a heat press.

Stahls’ offer new Valentine’s Day and St. Patrick’s Day CAD-CUT patterns, which can be used to create custom full-color graphics without a print/cut machine. Stahls’ also offers a video on creating fan loungewear.

Roland DGA has released its first direct-to-garment printer, the VersaSTUDIO BT-12.

Transfer Express (asi/91804) has announced that customers in the western half of the US can now order as late as 11 a.m. PST and receive same-day shipping on one-color Easy Prints, beginning Feb. 1. Transfer Express also offers a video on testing the temperature and pressure of your heat press using test strips.

Epson announces that Equipment Zone in New Jersey has opened an Epson Certified Solution Center, the first to be located in the East Coast. Potential Epson customers can visit Equipment Zone to talk with product experts and run test prints using their own files on Epson dye-sublimation printers, direct-to-garment printers and other equipment.

Blue Generation (asi/40653) has announced Blue Direct, a direct import sourcing program that aims to eliminate the challenges of import aggravation by handling every aspect of production logistics. One advantage of the program is it enables customers to fill any size/color from the supplier’s running style in-stock domestic inventory without dealing with large reorder minimums. Storm Creek (asi/89879) raised a record $40,434 for charity partners during its Annual Warehouse Sale event. The majority of the funds were raised through Storm Creek’s Shop for a Cause Program, which gives shoppers an opportunity to shop, save and give. During the two weekends of the warehouse sale, shoppers can select a charity partner they would like to support and present a coupon (available online or from each charity) at checkout. Shoppers get $10 off their order and Storm Creek donates 10% to the selected partner.
