PolyOne Specialty Inks has launched its new Zodiac Aquarius digital hybrid eco-conscious water-based ink system. It consists of a white underbase and matte top coat designed to protect and enhance digitally printed garments. These inks produce a soft, flexible hand, matte finish and vibrant colors, while also helping to improve wash durability, according to the company.

Epson has launched its first industrial direct-to-garment printer, the SureColor F3070. It’s the first Epson DTG to leverage dual printhead technology and a bulk ink pack system. It has an all-new automatic garment-height adjustment and easy user maintenance features to increase production and reduce downtime.

Cap America, Inc. (asi/43792) has promoted Cory Cissell to director of sales and Jon Page to director of knit operations.

HanesBrands (asi/59528) announced that M. Scott Lewis, current chief accounting officer and controller, will now serve as interim chief financial officer. “We have a very strong global finance organization,” said Hanes CEO Gerald W. The Good Earth program offers plastic bags made from 100% compostable plastic, plant-based poly made from sugarcane and poly containing 40% post-consumer recycled content. These bags currently comply with 99% of the bag legislations passed in the U.S.

Trimark (asi/92121) announced the launch of its Spring 2020 collection. The launch adds 26 new styles to the company’s popular Elevate line and exclusive Roots 73 collection from retail brand partner Roots.

SanMar Corporation (asi/84863) has introduced the District Re-Tee made from 100% recycled fabric. The T-shirt is never re-dyed and is made from reclaimed material that may have otherwise ended up in a landfill.

TSC Apparel (asi/90518) announced a refresh for apparel brand Tultex. The revamp includes a new logo, website and brand design across its social media accounts.
