Express-A-Button (asi/53408) announced it has acquired SAMCO (asi/84820). Financial terms of the deal were not released.

Nashville-based SAMCO will be relocated to Express-A-Button’s facilities in Dakota, Minnesota. Started in 1919, the supplier produces a range of products, including buttons, school kits, pencils, rulers and much more.

Express-A-Button, a 28-year-old family business, is a perennial winner of Counselor’s Distributor Choice Awards. The supplier offers buttons along with balloons, tools, magnets, hand fans and more.
