Announcing the Launch of the ASI Learning Network
ASI’s Michele Bell and Sara Lavenduski discuss the new online education platform available to ASI members, featuring tracks on sales, marketing, AI, ESP+ and more.
The ASI Learning Network is now live.
The new online education platform is designed for on-demand professional development, exclusively for ASI members.
With classes in seven tracks so far, ASI members can hone their skills in sales, marketing, sustainability, AI, ESP+ and more. Learners can also delve into basics in the “I’m New to ASI” track and find out more about the ins and outs of the promo and print industries.
In this episode of Promo Insiders, ASI’s Michele Bell and Sara Lavenduski, who oversaw the launch of the ASI Learning Network, give an overview of what learners can expect in the new platform that will replace the ASI University library of videos.
“ASI University has served its purpose as our client-facing education,” said Bell. “It had robust traffic – about 2,000 members a month – but it was becoming obvious that we needed something to match the pace at which the industry and ASI are growing. We needed something that could scale with us.”
Learners can sort content by topic, learning type and instructor, and can track their progress with the Activity widget and built-in leaderboard that ranks learners based on points earned. The BASI and MASI certification process will be carried over into the new system. And those who complete at least 12 classes per quarter will also be entered to receive a $500 credit toward select ASI products and services.
“The classes are self-paced, learners can use the Learning Network as needed, it’s free to use for all ASI members,” said Lavenduski. “We’re very excited to launch this platform.”
