AIM Smarter Adds Industry Veterans to Executive Team
Marie Miller and Kirk Ross will lead strategy in their respective divisions.
Philadelphia, PA-based AIM Smarter (asi/522700), a distributor network of over 2,500 distributor members in the U.S., Canada and the UK, announces that Marie Miller has joined the organization as executive vice president of operations and organizational development. She will be responsible for optimizing operations, efficiency and technological advancements across the company’s suite of services for members.
In addition, Kirk Ross has joined the company as executive vice president of AIM Capital, the financing and distributor affiliate support services program for AIM Smarter. Ross will spearhead the expansion of AIM’s services for elite members and will work closely with members on business growth via AIM’s support and business services.
Miller brings 17 years of industry experience to her position, including delivery of key performance indicators and IT development lifecycles. Previously, she held positions in IT, continuous improvement and organizational development leadership with Top 40 Distributor Company AIA Corporation (asi/109480). She’s also Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt-certified.

Ross has 30 years of experience in the promo industry, including roles with AIA Corporation, as well as Starline USA (asi/89320) and Towel Specialties (asi/91605).

AIM Smarter launched AIM Capital last year, which provides members with administrative support, marketing services, technology solutions and full-order financing.
Founded in 2006, AIM Smarter was acquired in January 2019 by Altitude Group, a publicly traded company based in the United Kingdom.
