Vantage Apparel Adds Digital Print Transfers to Lineup

The Top 40 supplier says the addition shows its commitment to cutting-edge apparel decoration technology.

Top 40 supplier Vantage Apparel (asi/93390) is getting in on the direct-to-film transfer craze. The Avenel, NJ-based company with a strong focus on apparel decoration says its investment into the digital print technology is a testament to its commitment to cutting-edge decoration.

“With digital print transfers, we’re offering a game-changing solution for small-order dropship programs that combines the benefits of digital printing with the versatility and durability of heat transfers,” said Fred Durand, chief operating officer at Vantage.

Vantage Apparel (asi/93390) now offers digital print transfers in its apparel decoration lineup.

Digital print transfers offer a variety of advantages, according to the supplier. They allow for bright, intricate designs that make an impact. They’re designed for durability, ensuring brand continuity over time. They’re adaptable for various fabrics, including cotton, polyester and blends. They allow for quick turnaround, ensuring decreased production time without compromising quality. And, Vantage notes, digital print transfers are more environmentally conscious than some other methods of apparel decoration because they use sustainable, water-based inks.

Vantage Apparel has been in the promotional products industry for more than 40 years. With over 1,200 embroidery heads, the supplier has said it’s the largest apparel decorator in North America. The company offers a range of retail brands, including Gap, Old Navy, Greg Norman Collection, Polo Ralph Lauren and Van Heusen. In September, it partnered with workwear brand Berne Apparel (asi/40260) to offer several of its styles to the industry. The company also has proprietary labels Vansport and Vantage.

Vantage Apparel ranks 39th on Counselor’s Top 40 list of the largest industry suppliers, with 2022 North American promotional products revenue of $49 million.
