Proforma Launches ProGlobal Network
The program aims to enhance worldwide opportunities for the Top 40 distributor’s network of affiliate distributors.
Top 40 promotional products distributor Proforma (asi/300094) is rolling out a new program that pairs its affiliate-owners with what it says are quality overseas suppliers in an effort to facilitate global account opportunities and company store programs.
Called ProGlobal Network, the program will service fulfillment of print and promotional products for multinational organizations across major global regions. Already in use at a preliminary level, ProGlobal has processed million-dollar orders, while handling more than $10 million in active requests for proposal.
“With thousands of overseas suppliers, we understand it can be time-consuming and sometimes daunting for our owners to navigate the process of overseas procurement,” said Michele Cardello, Proforma’s vice president of strategic partner development. “Our mission with this program is to work hand-in-hand with our owners, current preferred suppliers, and new global suppliers to help identify the most ethical and best-suited partner for their global opportunities.”
Executives said that Proforma’s Strategic Partner Development team will play an integral role in working with affiliate-owners to establish global company store programs. The team will also analyze the impact of regional tariffs, provide global trade compliance help, and identify opportunities for cost savings and duty management recovery options.
“It is our mission to help our owners achieve their highest level of business success,” said Proforma CEO Vera Muzzillo. “We are always looking for new ways to expand our Support Center services.”
With reported 2018 North American promotional product revenue of $378.8 million, Proforma ranked sixth on Counselor’s latest list of the largest distributors in the industry.
