Wallace, who has been with Cap America since August 2023, will report to Burgin.

“Craig has consistently proven himself to be a valuable asset to the team,” Burgin said. “His analytical approach and strategic thinking have already started shaping our future. I am eager to see the innovative and growth-oriented changes his leadership will bring.”

Allen, who joined Cap America in 2021, will report to Wallace.

“Lauren’s promotion is a natural progression of her proven leadership skills,” Wallace stated. “Her ability to guide and motivate has already made her an indispensable asset to our team and customers alike.”

Wallace, who was most recently a national sales manager at Cap America, has over two decades of promotional products industry experience. Past roles include being a procurement manager with Top 40 distributor Staples Promotional Products (asi/120601), a national strategic account manager with former Top 40 supplier Sweda, and a national sales manager with Top 40 supplier SnugZ USA (asi/88060).

As vice president of sales, Wallace will lead the Cap America sales team and network of more than 50 multi-line representatives. His primary focus will be on crafting and executing sales strategies aimed at broadening Cap America’s customer base.

“He will work closely with the executive team and engage across various departments to ensure seamless alignment of sales goals with the overarching business objectives of Cap America,” the company said.

As director of sales, Allen will oversee the daily operations of the sales department, including how processes, policies and strategies are implemented. Her ultimate charge is to drive revenue growth.

Allen has about a decade of promo experience. Past positions include being a national account sales manager at Boxercraft (asi/41325). She was most recently a national sales manager at Cap America.

Based on 2022 North American promotional products sales of $76.8 million, Cap America ranked 23rd on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry.
