Sky High Marketing (asi/328476) is intensifying its expansion efforts, executives say.

After revealing plans for a new, bigger headquarters in Wisconsin earlier this year, the promotional products distributorship announced that it has now hired a chief revenue officer and established an office in New York City.

Promo veteran Debbie Gaspar is taking on the CRO role. While she will be particularly focused on bringing in clients on the East Coast and within NYC, she’ll also oversee revenue for all of Sky High Marketing, which has locations in Waukesha, WI, the Las Vegas area, and now New York, executives said.

“The opportunity to add someone of Debbie’s experience and expertise to our team is an exciting one,” said Sky High Marketing CEO Josh Kozinski. “I am very excited to see our East Coast business grow under Debbie’s direction. We are ready to make additional investments necessary to service our clients in that part of the country.”

Gaspar was most recently director of marketing and business development at Top 40 supplier NC Custom (asi/44900). She also has experience on the distributor side of the industry, having previously been vice president of branding and promotions at Vanguard (asi/350665) and vice president of marketing and business development at Positive Promotions (asi/297370).

“One of my deciding factors in making the move to Sky High was the sheer impressiveness of their recent growth trajectory,” said Gaspar. “I am so excited to add to their success by bringing some new ideas to the table, while continuing to capitalize on the existing team and services.”

Sky High Marketing has grown business at an average rate of 25% in each of the last three years, executives said. The firm is forecasting that it will generate $15 million in sales in 2023.

It’s been a busy 2023 for Sky High Marketing. In January, the company announced that it had acquired distributorship At Your Service Inc. 

In April, Sky High Marketing said it’s investing in a new headquarters on the south side of Waukesha, WI, that will be just under 50,000 square feet. The distributorship will gain more office and warehouse space, plus have the option to add up to 60,000 more square feet, should the need arise.

“We are not only building our new corporate headquarters based on the space that we need today, but the investment is one being made on the growth plans that we have for the future,” said Rachel Kozinski, chief financial officer. “The addition of Debbie, combined with the other recent activities we have been involved with in 2023, are examples of the growth pattern that we anticipate being on for the foreseeable future.”
