iClick Adds Mobile Tech Products Made of Recycled Content
The supplier says its factory underwent an in-depth, third-party review and audit process to ensure the new products meet recycled content standards.
Seattle-based iClick (asi/62124) is making mobile tech a little more sustainable with the launch of its new Eco-Friendly Series.
The series features products that contain 29% to 77% verified recycled content. The company says its factory underwent an in-depth, third-party review and audit process to ensure the products meet recycled standards.
“Similar to other consumer-based businesses, the industry’s adoption of environment-friendly products and practices was inevitable,” said Wendy Knapp, executive vice president of sales and marketing at iClick. “Bringing a sustainable focus to our product line speaks to our brand’s dedication to our clients and our mission, ‘Be Remarkable.’”
Knapp added that iClick worked hard to achieve “a price point close to each product’s non-eco counterpart.”
The Eco-Friendly Series includes a variety of mobile chargers, phone stands and other mobile accessories. The iDock Multi Eco wireless charger, for example, is made of 68% verified-recycled content. Distributors can get samples of all verified-recycled content offerings by contacting their iClick sales representative or emailing the company.
iClick launched in 2001 when it introduced a branded USB drive to the promo industry. Today, the company carries a complete portfolio of mobile tech accessories. The supplier recently partnered with Elify to offer digital business cards.
