A business leader with several decades of experience in the promotional products industry is the new director of sales at Top 40 supplier ADG Promo Products (asi/97270).

The White Bear Lake, MN-headquartered company has announced that Darryn Cross has taken on the leadership role. His responsibilities will center on leading ADG sales teams in North America.

“We are excited that Darryn has joined our team,” said Jenn Laubenstein, marketing specialist at ADG. “Darryn will play a pivotal role as we continue to grow and expand our solution delivery for distributors across North America.”

For the past 20 years or so, Cross has built and led teams at Top 40 supplier alphabroder (asi/34063), the second largest supplier by revenue in the promo industry. His titles included director of customer service.

“I am thrilled to be a part of the ADG family,” said Cross. “I look forward to using the 25 years of leadership experience I’ve gained in the sales and service environment to lead our North American sales team, focusing on building and expanding our client relationships, and continuing to provide innovative solutions to our customers.”

Based on 2020 North American promo product revenue of $56 million, ADG Promo Products ranked 22^nd on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry. ADG is owned by Top 40 distributor Taylor Corporation, which is also parent company Taylor Communications (asi/333647) and Amsterdam Printing (asi/121500). The new Top 40 rankings are due out in July.
