To continue meeting client demand and supporting company growth, BEL Promo (asi/39552) has promoted three employees on its customer service team.

The Medley, FL-based supplier announced that Maria Ramos, formerly a customer service representative, is now an account manager and will be the main contact for multi-line agencies Brooks & Brooks and Joe Eberz & Associates. Ramos has more than 10 years of experience in the industry.

In addition, Bryan Martinez, formerly the customer service team lead, has been promoted to customer service supervisor, and Elizabeth Amores, formerly an accounting supervisor, is now accounts receivables manager.

“These promotions have been long overdue,” said Susan Lewandowski, general manager of BEL Promo. “Maria, Bryan and Elizabeth have been instrumental in our unprecedented growth throughout these past few difficult years. They will take the next step in providing high-level service and care to both internal and external customers.”
