Oakville, ON-based Promotional Source (asi/301292) has acquired Partners Promotional Group (asi/291352) in Toronto. Financial details of the transaction were not released. Promotional Source says the purchase will widen its presence in the GTA.

Currently, Promotional Source has a sales presence in Collingwood, Barrie, Bracebridge and Kitchener in addition to Oakville, and serves clients across North America.

“The management team, staff and long-standing clients of Partners Promotional Group come with a wealth of knowledge and experience that complements our strong foundations at Promotional Source,” said Craig Kaplan, president of Promotional Source, in a statement. “From on-demand branding and in-house production, to warehousing, programs and uniform specialties, our team is positioned to continue its lead within the promotional products industry.”

Partners Promotional Group will now operate under the Promotional Source name and maintain its offices in Toronto. President Dan McPhee and co-owner Jimmy Cheng will continue forward with Promotional Source.
