Winbrook, Inc. (asi/361595), a Massachusetts-based promotional products distributorship, has acquired fellow Bay State-distributor Brandmark Creative (asi/145102). Financial terms of the deal were not released.

In business for 58 years, Winbrook provides an array of marketing solutions, including promo products, print collateral, packaging, display, fulfillment and digital offerings. Clients have included Bosch Thermotechnology Corp., CitiStreet, Accellent and the Christmas Tree Shops.

Brandmark Creative has been in business since 2007. Its offerings include print, direct mail, promotional products and incentive programs.
