Rymax Launches Incentive Fulfillment Stores for Capital One

Brands in the program include Dyson, TUMI, Samsonite and Apple.

An incentives and loyalty marketing company recently launched redemption platforms for the clients of a major financial services firm.

Pine Brook, NJ-based Rymax, parent company of fulfillment division Brainstorm Logistics (asi/41515), officially partnered with Capital One in the fall of 2023 to offer retail incentive items to qualifying cardholders.

The proprietary MaxSite redemption platform, designed and managed by Rymax, is fully integrated with Capital One’s rewards site and allows customers to access incentive items from retail brands like Dyson, TUMI, Samsonite, Bose, Samsung, Kate Spade and Marc Jacobs. A separate site, a customized Apple Rewards Store, offers AirPods, Apple Watches, iPhones and MacBook Pros.

Rymax also leverages its Brainstorm Logistics operation to fulfill orders via a network of distribution centers across the country, powered by a top-notch inventory management system that includes product catalogs with real-time stock updates. There are plans to add to the roster of brands available to Capital One customers in the near future.

This week, Top 40 supplier Gemline (asi/56070) announced that it will now offer select tech accessories from Cleer and iLive. Last month, St Regis Group (asi/84592; Canada, 84595) partnered with RIEDEL to offer the European-made wine glasses and decanters to the industry.
