Raining Rose Promotes Nate Robson to Chief Sales Officer

Most recently, he was the vice president of sales and marketing.

An industry B Corp has promoted one of its sales leaders to the C suite.

Cedar Rapids, IA-based Raining Rose (asi/80489), which specializes in all-natural and organic personal care products, has appointed Nate Robson as chief sales officer.

Robson joined the company in 2011 and was most recently the vice president of sales and marketing, a position he assumed in August 2022. It was in that capacity that he “played a pivotal role in aligning efforts and improving key financial metrics for the organization,” according to the company. Now, Robson will spearhead the development and implementation of the supplier’s sales strategy through innovation and new initiatives.

“This well-deserved elevation is a testament to his exceptional contributions and leadership within the company,” said CEO Chuck Hammond, Counselor’s 2021 Supplier Entrepreneur of the Year. “As we continue to navigate a dynamic business landscape, Nate will play a crucial role in propelling our sales efforts to new heights and ensuring sustained profitable growth.”

Raining Rose became a certified B Corp in 2016 and manufactures its products in a LEED-certified facility in Cedar Rapids. The company donates 1% of its annual profits to support honeybees and beekeeping families, in partnership with Heifer International.
