Make that number eight for Proforma 3^rd Degree Marketing (asi/490897).

The Ohio-headquartered distributorship, an affiliate of Top 40 firm Proforma (asi/300094), announced that it has acquired Middaugh Printers LLC.

The deal, financial terms of which were not released, marked Proforma 3^rd Degree’s eighth acquisition in its multi-decade history, said owner/President Steven Flaughers.

Based in Sugarcreek, OH, Middaugh Printers has been in business for almost 70 years, having been established in 1956. The firm offers an array of printing services, providing clients with everything from promotional products and banners to business cards, booklets, brochures and large color posters.

Flaughers noted that the team from Middaugh Printers is joining Proforma 3^rd Degree Marketing. He shared that the acquisition will allow the combined companies to offer a broader range of top-notch solutions to clients, including custom apparel and packaging.

Proforma 3^rd Degree Marketing has previously appeared on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. Flaughers was an ASI Media Distributor Salesperson of the Year finalist in 2018.
