At Your Service Inc. Merges With Sky High Marketing

The combined distributorship will generate annual sales in the $15 million range, according to company leaders.

At Your Service Inc. is merging with Sky High Marketing (asi/328476), creating a combined promotional products distributorship with sales in the $15 million dollar range, executives said. Financial terms of the deal, which became effective Jan. 1, 2023, were not released.

Going forward, South Lake Tahoe, CA-based distributor At Your Service Inc. will go to market under the name of Sky High Marketing, which has offices in Las Vegas and the Milwaukee, WI area.

The former owners of At Your Service, Rob Peterson and Terry Mitchell, are joining Sky High Marketing.

“We were in a position where we knew we could use a partner to help take our business to the next level,” Mitchell shared. “Sky High Marketing’s team, along with their services, including in-house design, print and embroidery, really excite us. The industry knowledge and experience that they bring to the table are going to be huge assets to our clients as we move forward.”

Sky High Marketing CEO Josh Kozinski described At Your Service as a “perfect fit” to partner with his firm. “Rob and Terry have done a great job building an impressive list of clients,” Kozinski said. “Their service-minded approach will be a great complement to our core values.”

Beyond in-house design, print and embroidery, Sky High Marketing offers services that include warehousing, custom sourcing, online company stores, custom retail gift packaging, and kitting and fulfillment. The firm has worked with an impressive roster of clients, including Northwestern Mutual, the Milwaukee Bucks, the Milwaukee Brewers, the Chicago Blackhawks, Jack Daniel’s, MGM Resorts International, Briggs & Stratton, Johnsonville Foods, and the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

This isn’t Sky High Marketing’s first merger/acquisition. Back in 2016, former Wisconsin-based distributor SalesSmith merged into Sky High.

“We certainly will continue to look at mergers and acquisitions that make sense moving forward,” Kozinski said. “The outstanding staff that we have in place at Sky High Marketing is what makes exciting moves like this possible.”
