Facilisgroup Promotes Amy Rabideau to VP of Product
The executive brings almost 25 years of software experience to the role.
Facilisgroup, the St. Louis-based software-as-a-service company/partnering community for the promotional products industry, has promoted Amy Rabideau to the position of vice president of product. In her new role, Rabideau will manage a cross-functional team made up of product owners, UX designers and researchers, and business analysts in order to enhance the growth of its distributor partners.
Rabideau brings nearly a quarter century of expertise to the position, particularly in software portfolio and strategy.
“I am thrilled to be a part of the Facilisgroup team,” said Rabideau in a statement. “I’m excited to have the opportunity to bring products to our suppliers and distributor partners that meet their business needs and help transform their workflows.”
Rabideau has been a product architect for Facilisgroup since August 2021. She has also been a member of the Regional Association Council Board of PPAI and the Georgia Association of Promotional Products Professionals.
“Amy’s experience in all facets of the promotional products industry, including supplier, distributor and technology, is a huge asset,” said Facilisgroup President Ashley McCune, in a statement, while Liam Conlan, senior vice president of technology, added that her “24 years of experience will help take Facilisgroup’s software products to the next level.”
In September, the company launched Facilis Connect, a service dedicated to preparing, assisting and facilitating merger and acquisition opportunities for its more than 185 distributor partners. Facilisgroup also operates a location in Ottawa, ON.
