Facilisgroup Launches New Online Training Program for Sales Professionals

It’s a six-week course that aims to acclimatize new hires to the industry.

A new online training platform, PromoLaunch, intends to streamline the onboarding process for sales professionals entering the promotional products industry, while also taking training and onboarding responsibilities off the plate of managers.

Developed by Facilisgroup, a partnering community and software-as-service company for the branded merch market, PromoLaunch is a six-week course that features 70 lessons.

Designed to provide foundational industry knowledge and help spur professional growth, topics in the curriculum include the sampling process, best practices for goal-setting, and client management strategies. The course costs $1,499.

“PromoLaunch enables business owners to concentrate on growth,” said Dave Rehg, senior vice president of operations at Facilisgroup. “Through comprehensive education, we equip businesses and professionals with the tools needed to not only adapt but thrive in the competitive promotional space.”

This latest program follows the launch of PromoIntro, part of Facilisgroup’s learning suite Amplifi, which strives to help new hires – any employee, not just sales pros – quickly gain knowledge of the promotional products market.
