With extensive experience and a proven track record in the promotional products industry, Wallner will bring a fresh, entrepreneurial approach to J. Charles’ sales strategy, the supplier noted.
Wallner’s previous experience includes stints as a regional sales manager at Pacesetter Awards (asi/75640) and vice president of sales at Crystal D (asi/47759). Wallner’s expertise in driving sales growth, along with his ability to foster strong client relationships, make him an invaluable asset to the J. Charles team, the company said.
“As we continue to grow and evolve, it’s critical to have leaders who aren’t just adept at what they do, but are also aligned with our core values of innovation and exceptional customer service,” said Chuck Dyas, president of J. Charles. “Kale’s impressive background and commitment to excellence are exactly what J. Charles needs as we embark on our next chapter of growth.”
Nichols brings over 21 years of promo experience to her role as national sales manager, starting out at AwardCraft. She has made substantial contributions to the industry, particularly with her involvement in regional associations. Notably, Nichols served on the executive board of the Upper Midwest Association of Promotional Professionals (UMAPP), leading as president in 2018.
“We are delighted to welcome Sandy to the J. Charles team,” Dyas said. “Her extensive experience and relationships, combined with her passion for the industry and commitment to growth and education, aligns perfectly with our vision for the future of our sales team.”
In her new role, Nichols is expected to be pivotal in enhancing J. Charles’ sales strategies and maintaining its position in the market.
