Raining Rose Announces Key Leadership Promotions
The moves aim to fuel growth for the supplier of personal care products.
Raining Rose (asi/80489) has announced key leadership promotions in order to support ongoing company growth and strategic market expansion.
The Cedar Rapids, IA-based B Corp, which specializes in natural personal care products, has promoted Kate Nash to the position of director of promotional sales and director of marketing, and Nate Robson to the position of vice president of sales and marketing for all divisions at the company.
Nash joined Raining Rose in 2019 as director of marketing. She’ll now head up the promotional sales team, product development, daily operations and marketing strategy for all company divisions. In her new role, she’ll lead the promotional sales team, determine future investments, spearhead product development, and oversee daily operations, in addition to guiding marketing strategy across all divisions of the company. Nash has prior sales, marketing, automation and service delivery experience in the higher education and technology sectors.
“The promotional products industry has proven time and again how it can adapt to the changing needs of the broader economy, and these post-pandemic years are no exception,” said Nash. “I’m very excited to be leading Raining Rose Promos during this chapter of our growth, and during this moment in the industry.”
In his new position, Robson will lead growth efforts with strategic initiatives and development of operational efficiencies. He joined the company 11 years ago.
“Nate brings a breadth of experience to this role and can work at a strategic level to help Raining Rose continue to evolve to an ever-changing market,” said CEO Chuck Hammond. “As our capabilities have grown over the years, it’s required more focus and discipline to support our clients. Nate has a unique ability to work between our various groups to ensure we are set up for success.”
