Geiger executives said that ProCorp’s culture, philosophy and focus on customer service makes the firm an ideal addition.

“We are so impressed by the ProCorp team,” said Chris McKee, Geiger’s chief revenue officer and a senior vice president. “To a person they are creative, motivated and committed to their clients’ success. We look forward to sharing our global technology, service and distribution resources to scale their business.”

Founded in 1995, ProCorp has sales staff in Colorado, Wyoming, Georgia and Hawaii. The company specializes in company store programs.

ProCorp President Rick Bowman said that joining Geiger will help take ProCorp to the next level. It will also help Geiger become a bigger player in ProCorp’s current markets, he asserted.

“We are extremely excited about joining the Geiger family and having access to Geiger’s resources and expertise,” Bowman said. “We are also excited about the compatibility of our cultures. From the start of our negotiations, we could see that we all believed employees should be valued as family and clients should always be amazed by our service.”

Following the acquisition, ProCorp will continue to support its clients as ProCorp Images (a Geiger company). Geiger CEO/President Jo-an Lantz said that Geiger’s technology and fulfillment/kitting services will enable ProCorp to expand services and offer better support and flexibility to clients.

“The combination of Rick Bowman’s team and talent, coupled with the Geiger team is exciting,” Lantz said. “We couldn’t be happier that ProCorp and Geiger will be working together for a very promising shared future.”

In recent years, family-owned Geiger has been busy making acquisitions both domestically and abroad, particularly in the United Kingdom, where its GeigerBTC division is active.

With reported 2020 North American promotional product revenue of $206 million, Geiger ranked 10th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry. The firm is now in its 143rd year of business.
