Fluid Branding Hosts Malta Office Launch Party
It’s the latest move in the UK-based distributor’s international expansion.
Fluid Branding (asi/195718), one of the United Kingdom’s largest distributors, has furthered its expansion into the international market by opening an office in Malta. The new location adds to the company’s eight existing sales offices across the U.K. and continental Europe.
“We identified the need to further grow our portfolio and opening our Malta office allows us to service the rapidly expanding client base we have there,” said Miles Lovegrove, managing director at Fluid, said in a press release.
Last week, the company hosted an official launch party at the exclusive rooftop Skybeach bar at the Intercontinental Hotel in St. Julians. The networking event saw over 150 VIP clients and guests discussing promotional products and future projects, as well as the recently refreshed brand and B-Corporation certification – using business as a force for good beyond profit.
“It was a fantastic event and a great chance to officially announce our arrival in Malta with our existing and prospective clients,” said John Walker, Fluid’s sales director for Malta. “We have so many exciting opportunities to pursue over here. We have steadily built a really solid and loyal client base here and it was great to have the chance to network and chat informally in such a lovely setting.”
With clients such as Google, Sky Sports, Netflix, Disney and HSBC, Fluid Branding has achieved 40% growth, year over year, for the last five years, according to CEO Matt Franks (pictured on the left). “An amazing evening to network and cement relationships,” said Gemma Richards, marketing manager at Fluid. “We’ve got a really strong and dynamic culture here at Fluid. Everyone has a passion for doing things the right way.”
In 2018, Fluid Branding was honored with the two most prestigious awards in the U.K. promotional products industry: the company was named BPMA Distributor of the Year for the second straight year, and Sourcing City’s Distributor of the Year for the third consecutive year. Fluid Branding also received Feefo’s Gold Trusted Service Award – given to companies who have maintained consistently high scoring customer reviews – for the fourth year in a row.
