IMAGEN Brands Names A New VP of Marketing

Top 40 supplier IMAGEN Brands, the parent company of Crown Products (asi/47700) and Vitronic (asi/93990), announced Tuesday that Lisa Brooks is the Ohio-based firm’s new vice president of marketing.

In the key executive role, Brooks will oversee the marketing and category management teams for Crown and Vitronic from IMAGEN’s headquarters in Mason, OH.

Brooks is new to the promotional products industry. Previously, she worked in consumer packaging and durable goods, focusing on a diverse range of product categories, including home fragrance, stationary, arts and crafts, baby gear, and adult beverages.

“Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing and product development, along with new ideas to our IMAGEN Brands marketing teams,” said company President Paul Lage. “We are confident that her leadership will bring a new level of success for our company.”

Brooks views the promotional products market as an exciting new challenge. “I am excited to lead imaginative thought and drive disruption for IMAGEN Brands, strengthening trade relationships while delivering profitable growth,” she said. “I am eager to immerse and understand the promotional products business, forge solid partnerships and collaborate to elevate awareness and success for the industry as a whole.”

In an article examining 65 ways the promotional products industry has changed in the 65 years ASI’s Counselor magazine has been in existence, the editorial team notes that many more women have broken through the glass ceiling and risen to positions of power and prominence in recent times. IMAGEN Brands has contributed to that industry-wide upward movement. In addition to Brooks’ appointment, IMAGEN last year named industry veteran Lisa LeMond to the position of vice president of sales. Liza Sachs’ appointment to a sales leadership role followed in November.

With reported 2017 North American promotional product revenue of $71.5 million, IMAGEN Brands ranked 21st on Counselor’s latest list of the largest suppliers in the industry.
