A big year for Facilisgroup and strong influence ratings helped McCune, a first-timer on the 2020 list, to move up five spots. The company launched Facilis Connect, a service for facilitating M&A opportunities within the promo industry, and rebranded its software product as Syncore. McCune and her team also hosted a variety of virtual meetings and in-person summits; donated more than $12,000 to children in the Nashville area; and launched EmPOWER Her, an educational initiative to support female leaders. McCune was also named a 2021 PromoStandards board member.
