For years, Norris has been laying the groundwork for the major technological leap the industry made this year. This includes his role as a founder of PromoStandards and as one of the industry’s most predominant advocates for digital adoption. It was no surprise that Counselor’s 2019 Technology Executive of the Year needed just a single afternoon to enable much of Starline’s office staff to work remotely. His standing as a leading voice in both social media and the industry’s growing use of video (check out his video podcast series BP&J with Starline’s Brian Porter) also can’t be ignored.
