COVID Changes: Jones says he expects Consolidus to primarily be an “in-office” company, but it’s also not doing away with its out-of-office opportunities. “We’ve had a hybrid and remote workforce for 10 years prior to COVID,” he says, “and expect that will always be the case.” In addition to weekly department meetings, Consolidus increased its communication during the pandemic to keep the team informed, including frequent emails from the CEO.
