The New England-based apparel company saw sales slip by 24.2% last year, but it’s planning on a rebound of over 10% this year through several initiatives. That includes an aggressive hiring push that has seen the supplier bring on a new supply chain VP and the hiring this past April of longtime BIC Graphic executive (and Counselor Lifetime Achievement Award winner) Dave Saracino as vice president of sales.
