3M manufactured 2 billion masks/respirators in 2020 – triple its production from the prior year. But while this year’s Top 40 numbers include company PPE sales, 3M didn’t sell those masks through its promo division. As a result, Counselor did not include those sales in 3M’s Top 40 figures. With estimated guidance, Counselor has the company down 20% in promo sales in 2020.
