Boundless was down by 16.8% (though with 34% margins that bested the industry average), attributing the revenue loss to primarily a nonexistent travel and leisure sector. The company has undergone significant changes in leadership and ownership, starting last year with the departure of CEO (and 2017 Counselor Person of the Year) Henrik Johansson. And just a month ago, Boundless was purchased by a pair of private equity firms (Point Rider Capital and Treaty Oak Equity) from Zazzle, which had acquired Boundless in 2014. Charley Dean, president of Point Rider and an early investor in Boundless, was appointed chairman and interim president.
