The Vernon Company (asi/351700) has welcomed a new member of its sales team. Steve Hall, owner of Hallway Graphics, will join the Counselor Top 40 distributor, bringing 38 years of experience in screen printing, embroidery, heat press and promotional products.

Hall launched his business in 2005 but has focused on the promo industry for the last six-and-a-half years.

“The ink runs deep in my bones,” he said of his work in the industry. “I’ve always loved working alongside others, and now I enjoy connecting people and helping solve their product and decoration challenges.”

Hall will continue operating Hallway Graphics, but he is looking forward to the additional support he will receive from the Vernon team.

“When you sell on your own, you realize how much work it takes to do everything yourself,” Hall said, adding that he was drawn to Vernon because he got the sense it’s a place where people help each other succeed.

The Vernon Company, for its part, is thrilled to welcome the seasoned industry veteran to the team. “He is a true team player who consistently looks for ways to grow his business,” said Stephanie (Vernon) Critchfield, vice president and national sales manager at Vernon.
