The Erlanger, KY-based supplier of elegant awards and more, especially for the golf market, has hired Mike Wrightson as vice president of sales. Wrightson is the former president of well-known golf headwear/apparel brand Imperial (asi/75945).

He has more than 30 years of experience in the golf industry – something Sterling Cut Glass executives believe will be invaluable as the company strives to grow its reach in that vertical and others.

In the VP role, Wrightson will focus on growing Sterling’s reach in key markets and developing new market strategies. He previously worked for golf brands like Sunice and Sunderland. A native of England, Wrightson currently resides in St. Louis, MO, with his family.
