Altitude Group Reports Strong Fiscal-Year Results

The U.K.-headquartered firm is the parent company of U.S-based promo industry solution providers AIM Smarter and ACS Affiliate Services.

Altitude Group Plc, the parent company of promotional products industry solutions providers AIM Smarter (asi/522700) and ACS Affiliate Services, said in a May 1 trading update that its full-year financial performance will at least meet consensus forecasts.

Those external market forecasts for the firm’s 2024 fiscal year, which ended March 31, anticipate revenue of £26.1 million (roughly $32.7 million at today’s exchange rate) and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of £2.2 million (about $2.75 million), the firm noted. Altitude Group is headquartered in the United Kingdom, publicly traded there and reports financials in British Pounds Sterling.

As a result of the strong year, Altitude Group said in the update that its revenue and adjusted EBITDA will have grown by at least 100% over the last two years. Official, fully audited results for the 2024 fiscal year are scheduled to be released on July 30, according to the company.

“The [2024] financial year … was yet another year of great momentum, scale and growth,” Nichole Stella, CEO of Altitude Group/AIM Smarter and a member of Counselor’s Power 50 list of promo’s most influential people, said in a statement. “The momentum that has been across all areas of the business for over three years is continuing into the 2025 financial year.”

Based in Philadelphia, AIM Smarter is a distributor network that provides technology tools, business services and benefits to its members. ACS Affiliate Services, part of Altitude and a subsidiary of AIM, delivers financial support, personalized marketing strategies and back-office assistance to promo distributors.

In the May trading update, Altitude Group noted that its affiliate program “experienced 23% growth in recruitment, with signings in March, thus further supporting a good start” to the 2025 fiscal year. While noting that it’s still early in the new financial year, the Altitude Group’s board is confident that the company’s financial performance for the 12-month span ending next March will be “in line with market consensus.”

“We maintain,” Stella has said, “an everlasting focus on building and maintaining a prosperous and collaborative community with our suppliers, members and affiliates.”
