The Sharon, MA-based apparel supplier announced the addition of three new people in sales-oriented roles: Brett Long as national account manager, Jaimee Benson as business development representative for New England and Tracy Royster as outside sales territory manager for the Carolinas.

“As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the market, it’s essential to add the right people to our sales organization,” said Chief Revenue Officer Adam Heaslewood. “Brett, Jaimee and Tracy each bring unique skills and experiences that align perfectly with our company’s values and strategic goals. We’re excited to welcome them to the Charles River Apparel crew.”

Long has been in the industry for 19 years, with previous roles at Hirsch (asi/61005) and Counselor Top 40 suppliers Goldstar (asi/73295) and The Magnet Group (asi/68507). He’s also served on the RAC Board and as former president of the Promotional Products Association of Wisconsin.

“Brett’s deep understanding of the promotional products industry and his proven track record in national account management will be invaluable as we continue to expand our reach,” Heaslewood said. “We’re looking forward to seeing the impact he’ll make at Charles River Apparel in this critical role.”

Benson’s focus at Charles River will be on the destination and resorts markets. Her previous roles include leading operations, sales and retail strategy for women’s clothing retailer Sara Campbell and sales for Citizens Bank.

Royster, a Virginia Beach native now based in Charlotte, has held sales and district management jobs for designer brands such as Luxottica, where she managed sales across different retail channels.

“Her extensive experience in the apparel industry,” Heaslewood said, “combined with her drive, personality and professionalism, makes her an ideal representative for the Carolinas territory.”
