“Amy’s 29-year journey with our organization demonstrates her deep understanding of our business and unwavering commitment to excellence,” said Stan Clark, CEO and founder of EJPPG. “Her proven ability to foster collaboration and deliver exceptional results make her the ideal leader to guide EJPPG’s next chapter of growth.”

EJPPG is an outgrowth of Eskimo Joe’s and Mexico Joe’s, restaurants that Clark founded in 1975 and 1987, respectively, in Stillwater, OK.

Clark relied on promo products to build the hospitality business, and the merch proved so popular that he launched an apparel line, Eskimo Joe’s Clothes, tied to his original flagship restaurant. Given that knowledge of promo and merchandising, Clark decided to start a promo products distributorship to help other businesses and brands effectively build their reach. EJPPG was born in 2002.

In 1996, McCray began working as a hostess at the Mexico Joe’s restaurant, as well as part-time in accounting for the business. She would rise through the ranks, taking on positions such as hospitality manager at Mexico Joe’s before joining EJPPG as director of client services in 2012.

At EJPPG, she progressed through positions that included director of internal branding consultants and director of branding operations before earning a promotion to vice president in 2019.

“Her leadership has been instrumental in driving innovation and client satisfaction across the organization,” EJPPG said in a statement. “McCray’s promotion reflects EJPPG’s commitment to developing talent from within and recognizing exceptional leadership capabilities.”
